The opposite of fad diets and extreme workout programs, the 8 week One Brick workshop gives you the tools to fit healthy nutrition into your life, break free of information overload, and overcome challenges to adopting a health-centered lifestyle.
Each workshop consists of lessons and activities to help you engage with your learning process. You’ll ask and answer questions, get up, do and move, involve your body and your mind. As a group, we will check in with each other, discuss our progress, what worked, what didn’t work and find solutions together.
Each week you’ll learn the basics of a new healthy habit and how to implement it to help you develop the skills that you need to reach your goals. During the week you’ll have concrete action steps to take to practice your habits. You’ll keep track of your progress and occasionally have a bit of homework, like answering some questions about your process.
