• The #makeithappen Calendar allows you to schedule and track your new practice in six weeks increments.
This is a good amount of time in which to establish a new habit. It’s also a good way to see patterns that will help you improve how you implement your practice in the future.
• To use this calendar: enter the date in each square and mark a ✓ when you practice or a ✗ when you don’t.
