Start Here is my beginner’s strength training program. If MVMNTCHVRCH piqued your curiosity for fitness and you’re ready to take the next step, this program will get you started on your strength training journey!
You’ll learn how to execute basic movements (like squats, rows, pressing, and more) so that you can move well and train safely.
This program is ready to be used at home, where you’ll feel most comfortable and where it’s easiest to train consistently. You can also use it to graduate to a gym or fitness facility at any time.
