About Jack
Jack X. Taylor is a graduate of the Personal Training Program at Lexington Healing Arts Academy; a Certified Personal Trainer with the National Academy of Sports Medicine and with the Online Trainer Academy; and is a Certified Nutrition Coach, Level 1 through Precision Nutrition.
Jack has been working with humans who want to strengthen their bodies and their relationships to their bodies since 2009. He believes that the pursuit of strength is an act of self-care and self-love. His coaching centers compassion, curiosity, acceptance, positivity, and joy.
Jack coaches and trains clients online (and looks forward to returning to in-person training soon).
